   Faster EFT is a technique, in this technique the process of tapping effectively disrupting the communication, between the mind and body.

   Feelings are expressed by the mind in the body, if you've had a traumatic experience, or a wonderfully positive one you feel those sensations. 

  You might hear it, see it, and have the sensations of smell, intensity of color, all connected to a memory.

   If it's a traumatic memory, you can target or focus in on that feeling, that sound that picture.

   Tapping on the meridian, disrupting the communication from mind to body.

   This process disrupts that communication to the point that the memory/emotions, fade
